The honest version
You will not charge every day
A 20 km commute on the 3.7 kWh pack means charging roughly twice a week. Most owners settle into plugging in on a Sunday and a Wednesday and stop thinking about it.
Apartment parking is the real question
If you can reach a socket in your parking spot, you are set. If not, talk to us before you buy — we have worked through this with a lot of Chennai buyers and there are usually options.
Fast charging is for exceptions
It is there for the day you forgot, or the ride to Puducherry. Using it occasionally is fine; using it daily is not how the pack likes to live.
Your electricity bill will move a little
A full charge is a few units. Against a petrol scooter it is not close — that is the single biggest running-cost difference, and it shows up every month.
